I started tracing as soon as I knew how to walk. I had plenty of what I incidentally called "parcours" around my home that included a couple of waypoint and obstacles and how to overcome them. I was timing myslelf.
I was a very lonely kid.
Then someone from Paris gave a name to that activity. And it created a big fad. That probably sent quite a couple of kids to the nearest hospital:
Oh boy! Isn't that supercool? I'd get all the girls of the hood if I could do that!
Such videos are all over on youtube. Two years ago there were three (that my roommate Paul and I were studying like hell before going to try and imitate).
Now it's big enough for parodies to be released:
It's not even funny!
Well, I'm sort of missing the time when it had no name...

What an ignorent person. I'm
What an ignorent person. I'm not good at parkour either, but I'm not such a loser that I go around saying its lame. I gets you healthy, a good work out, and in case of emergencies you can get where you want to go. Its not lame, it actually helps you in life.
It sure does
I practice since I'm a little kid. As it says in the post, how come commenters don't notice that part... And it doesn't only "help". It actually saved my life that day when I fell down the stairs and was about to crash head first and instinctively rolled to the side without a hit to my skull.

Nah man, Its lame because you dont have the propper technique, if you dont do it right you just look like a dumbass, actual you are already a dumbass at the moment, you probably cant even tn not to commint to such an activity. Try it for once and see what happens, maybe you will learn not to judge. :D
and
That "guy" from paris you said about. his name is David Belle watch him then show him some respect

its about the persiverance you dont care if you look stupid you keep on practicing untill your good if you give up because people laugh when you bail then you are not going to get very far in life. parkour is... i dont know there are no words for the way it makes you feel.
